I aim at transforming customer engagement from a traditional ‘reactive’ to a ‘proactive’ approach. Essentially responsible for customer on-boarding, managing expectations, delivering and measuring ROI for each account, handling escalations, ensuring retention QoQ, conducting periodic health checks, product demonstrations, upsell and focussing on adoption rates at customer's end. I also ensure to conduct engagement activities like webinars every now and then for them. Being the best at my job is something that I strive for every day. I love challenges and am always on the lookout for something that propels my creativity. I'd like to define myself as a quick learner who is passionate about customer experience.I have dealt with CXOs in my role throughout and built long term professional relationships with them. From working with an established organisation to a startup, from a huge media conglomerate to a SaaS startup again, I have seen the best of both worlds. This has made me quite versatile and flexible.However during all this chaos, I never forget to smile a little :)
