25+ years of experience in the domain of Learning and Development and I see a value add in my own learning each day . Personal Development and Behaviour modification are challenging and interesting areas of work . I have had rare opportunities to undertake training interventions for corporate , public sector , development sector employees ranging from induction stage to senior level managers. In two distinct opportune time I had the privilege of teaching Business Communication, Organisational Behaviour to University students . Currently I am engaged with graduates and under graduates aspiring to join service industry.
