I'm a practitioner.As a freelancer with more than a decade of experience, I have learnt and worked on multiple projects with people from various backgrounds. When working as a freelancer, you must adapt fast to different working methods and the people working with you, this is an innate attribute in me. I love co-creating for social impact which includes working with various stakeholders and understanding acutely what they need and creating that refined balance where everyone's needs are met for the best possible outcomes. I have learnt Design Thinking for Social Good and have also co-authored a spellbook along with my previous team members and forever tribe from across the world.I work for the love of people and purpose. This has kept me going as the Co-Founder of Hackergram for 10 years. The work has connected me to some amazing people accomplishing inspiring work from almost alover the world. I'm always looking for work that challenges me to solve interesting problems in the world like Innovative funding for NGOs, and creating safe and sustainable spaces among many others. I have also done some random work like writing reports, mentoring rural social entrepreneurs and enterprises, and volunteering as India Youth Lead in CoD. Every step that I have taken has led me here and I could only get here because I keep practicing.

Jul 2012 - Dec 2021New Delhi Area, IndiaHaving lived in rural India over the last 5 years, drinking water and sanitation are issues I have faced personally along with the communities I have been a part of. The lack of access to clean water requires the women of the village walk for a few km to carry the water back home. Interventions at these levels cannot be abrupt unless they are made at the systemic level. However as a part of the community, while I was getting accustomed to this life, it was natural to share behavioral changes with the community that would help improve health and hygiene through better water management.I realized that even simple discussions with women over tea in their courtyard could result in significant change in behavior. In fact low intensity, long term interactions rather than short term interventions has proven to be the most effective in producing sustained behavioral change. The project is still ongoing and results will be documented.
