As the CEO of NISACO MALL, I lead the strategic direction and operations of one of the leading retail malls in Sri Lanka, delivering quality products with value to our consumers. I have successfully increased the mall's revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share, thanks to the collaboration and support of my talented and diverse team. I also have a passion for education and teaching, and I have been a lecturer at various institutes, where I have taught subjects related to law, economics, management, and construction project management. Since 2010, for the last 14 years, I am engaged part-time in voluntary teaching Buddhism to students especially nurturing them to improve their values and morals to become worthy human beings to the world. My core competencies include business development, strategic planning, leadership, and communication. I enjoy working with and empowering others to achieve their potential, and I value balance, serenity, and harmony in my life. I strive to apply the principles of Buddhism to my personal and professional endeavors.
