Our specialization is at foundational level - from nursery to class 2 and we have developed a program based on scientific analysis and research to enable children to have comprehensive development. In any construction activity, the Foundation part and the Super Structure part is given equal importance in terms of designing and operation. Considering Education as construction of a mind, We at AES, firmly believe our responsibility is not restricted to development only at the foundational level, but it extends well beyond the realm of a school. •Recognising pre schooling as the foundation of all learning, the primary focus at AES is to build a strong support system for the Preschool Sector. •With the NEP 20 giving a new direction, the redesigned structure of education has envisaged reinforcement of the foundation to a 5 year layer, thus giving it a look of a pyramid. •The recognised core competency of AES being nurturing the preschool section of education, the coupling of 2 years of earlier primary section with the preschool section, has increased our responsibility manifold.•Being ahead of times in terms of availability of the required infrastructure suitable for the changed design of the structure, and backed by the expertise in the relevant field, we at AES are confidently braced to face any challenges of the future. •Recognizing the teacher as the 'prime mover' or the engine of the vehicle of education, a teacher is given primacy in our scheme, with the catch phrase of AES being, "Yatha Guru, tatha Shishya". •Along with molding of a teacher to cope with the challenges, AES strongly believes in the overall development of the preschool sector. AES has the capacity to play the role of an enabler, and can lend a helping hand in operations ranging from setting up of infrastructure to accreditation. •The expertise at AES has been gained by years of association with leading educational institutions, which include schools and colleges at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, multinational corporations and other establishments of repute. •Mentoring Business School aspirants is the main forte of AES. Wired to a wide HR network, AES counts placement services as one of it's strengths. I am also the associate partner with “Academy for Creative Teaching”. We facilitate training to teachers at all levels and in providing institution-building.
