Current Partnered with employees and management to administer and communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures. Maintained employee handbook and policies and procedures manual Responsible for completion and accuracy of all personnel files. Conduct audits as needed and/or directed Assist in development and evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed. Facilitate the implementation of systems, programs, tools and processes designed to improve management and employee performance, productivity, engagement and business results. Maintain Human Resource Information System records with accuracy and timeliness. Compiles reports and trends analytical data. Coordinate employee recognition programs and events. Establish and maintains positive working relationships with external agencies and vendors. Other projects and duties as assigned by the AVP Improve employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees. Liaison and Coordination: - Liaison with Labour office for registration
