I also serve as a Board Director at Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, helping early-stage and investment-ready startups in Oregon find the capital and resources they need to develop their businesses.Prior to joining Oregon Venture Fund, I spent over 12 years as a business consultant at Deloitte and E&Y, where I helped clients structure and execute transformational initiatives with impactful results. I led strategic initiatives that contributed to Deloitte's growth and leadership position among professional services companies, such as launching a global insights platform, restructuring the Clients & Industries organization, and supporting the Global Industry and Sector operations. I also consulted multiple Fortune 1000 companies to divest their businesses, structure multi-million-dollar service agreements, develop business cases for new go-to-market initiatives and strategic investments. I have a strong background in global program management, strategy, and business model transformation, and I enjoy mentoring, learning, and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
