As a medical secretary at Central Surgery since Mar 2023, I provide administrative and clinical support to the medical team and the patients. I handle appointments, referrals, prescriptions, medical records, and correspondence, as well as assist with examinations, procedures, and health education. I have a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from NRI Institute of Medical Sciences, where I gained clinical knowledge and skills in various medical disciplines. I am also pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Global Healthcare Management from Coventry University, where I am learning about the challenges and opportunities of healthcare systems around the world. I am passionate about improving the quality, accessibility, and affordability of healthcare for diverse populations, and I have a keen interest in clinical cosmetology, which I studied as a postgraduate degree from Indian Institute of Cosmetology, Aesthetics, and Nutrition.
