Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies apart from direct sourcing including referral generation, advertisements, internet job postings, internet searches and network.Offer discussion, Salary Negotiation & Joining dates and continuous follow-up with candidates to reduce decline ratio. Handled recruitment drives across location and managed it with high sense of perfection and responsibility.Finalizing salaries for candidates selected as well as working on back-ups in case they don’t join.Initiating their Background Verification.Involved with Joining Formalities, taking induction of new Jonnies, Taking Exit Interview.
