● Preparing reports on the AR Ledger and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business● Consulting with the management team to develop long term plans● Exploring ideas on improving the collection areas● Looking at current status on collection and identifying the trends● Developing initiatives and polices that may improve financial growth● Preparing, posting, balancing and reconciliation of the AR Ledger and subsidiary account● Reconciling and Posting the company Credit card payment transactions● Review high outstanding balance report and advise any discrepancies● Daily posting bank transfer payments and credit cards transactions● Assisted for Internal and statutory audit● Analyzing current and past AR Ledger Data● Coordinating with AP for the supplier payment status

Audits and processes payments for various contracts and miscellaneous expenses if required● Monitors and reports on the status; reviews and audits grant contracts amendments andother documentsto ensure grant compliance.● Prepares daily receivable collections of all accounts and reconciles Bank Statements asdirected● Ensure all city ledger bills have complete supporting documents and Credit card Folio/ transactionswith settlement are for the day are received, Check & Transfer the daily city ledger in Opera● Post bank transfer payments relating to credit card transactions daily, Post credit card commission anddaily credit card reconciliation● Check the credit application and to get the management approval within reasonable time● Check the long stay guest bills which has to be transferred to back office on weekly basis● Prepare credit card/bank transfer refund documents after receiving request and forwardfor approval (asand when requested) and complete the refund process after obtainingapprovals (as and when)● Review credit limits
