• Preparing, posting, balancing and reconciliation of the AR Ledger and subsidiary account

• Audits and processes payments for various contracts and miscellaneous expenses if required
• Monitors and reports on the status; reviews and audits grant contracts amendments andother documentsto ensure grant compliance.
• Prepares daily receivable collections of all accounts and reconciles Bank Statements asdirected
• Ensure all city ledger bills have complete supporting documents and Credit card Folio/ transactionswith settlement are for the day are received, Check & Transfer the daily city ledger in Opera
• Post bank transfer payments relating to credit card transactions daily, Post credit card commission anddaily credit card reconciliation
• Check the credit application and to get the management approval within reasonable time
