• Responsible for E2E project management activities mainly aligned to drive Tools Lifecycle.• Offshore Team SPOC, Leading a team of 6 resources and responsible for lifecycle management of Testing tools.• Proficient in leading migration and execution of projects. Environment: Citrix, IIS, Remedy, ITIL v.3 Responsibilities.• Offshore team SPOC, Leading a team of 10+ resources responsible for Citrix & IIS operations.• Citrix & IIS.: Installation and Configuration.• Set up applications on development, testing and production environments on the Citrix servers (Xenapp6.5).• Set up new websites on IIS and monitoring the existing ones.• Citrix administration, deployments and troubleshooting the issues on all environments.• Investigate and resolve Incidents within the time agreed in service levels.• Ensure services are fully recovered to agreed service levels for all impacted users.• Carry out necessary close out activities and obtain users confirmation before closing problems.• Proficient in an environment monitoring, Setting up process, user communication, escalation handling, troubleshooting, user training and coordination.• Publishing Applications, Content and Desktops to users in Citrix Management Console.• Interacting with business users for gathering the requirements for on boarding the applications to Citrix Servers.• Resolving user connections to the Citrix Web Interface server by recycling the IIS services.• Working on XenApp 5.0 in test environment for migration of the current farm from Xen App 4.5 to 5.0.• Documenting Application Installation, Know issues which occur regularly.• Incident Management, Change Management, Problem management ( root cause analysis)• Ensure all service level agreement is met for user requests.• Resolve issue rose as alerts and follow the correct resolution procedures, escalation as required.• Investigate any outages / issues with the production system to identify the underlying issues.
