My team worked on enhancing Retail Banking applications for a leading Australian Bank to improve their existing functionalities and enhance the system according to emerging customer/business needs.I am responsible for,• Analysing the existing systems, to understand the end to end functionalities • Performing impact analysis for new requirements and provide an estimate for implementing the change. Performing resolution activities in a manner that minimizes the adverse impact of the Incident (if any) on business operations.Projects :• Web service Migration to Enterprise Gateway BusAchievement: 4 critical Applications were impacted as part of this migration and all the 4 were successfully migrated to ensure secure service calls are made through the gateway switch with no defects in production.• Creating SharePoint Portal interfacing with .Net web serviceAchievement: The project was first of its kind in the team and I was involved in designing the SharePoint web service end to end. • Creating web service that interacts with Adobe Flex applicationAchievement: The project went live successfully with no major defects during user acceptance testing and zero defects after release in to production.• Provided UAT and Production support for a data mart project that was built by third party vendor. The application was taken over by our team post implementation.Achievements: Awarded the Live-wire certificate (HCL R&R (internal) certificate provided for appreciation for quality work and customer appreciations received) for 2 consecutive quarters.
