Below are the key job roles that I handled.HR Operations:- Maintaining data of employees in SAP Success Factors.- Working with Success factors on organizational changes, creating/closing open postions, onboarding new hires, data corrections, separations & employee life cycle changes.- Working with Success factors on all changes (Bonus plan updates and pay changes, etc.) for employees- Handled all HR queries raised by employees.- Handled Employee Relationship, On-boarding and Induction formalities, Initiating BGV for offered candidate, Exit formalities, Initiating PF and Medical Claim, Responsible for entire day to day needs of Organization.- Talent Acquisition Activities including Stakeholder management, Vendor management, Direct sourcing, Interview co-ordination, Conducted walk-in Drive, Salary negotiation, Generating and issuing offer letter.- Generate different types of monthly MIS reports like Attendance report, Leave Status Report, etc.Employee Engagement:- Improvise Employee relations by Organizing Monthly Recognition & Reward functions, Birthday ash, Conducting games and quiz competitions.- Arranging festival celebration and all other Indoor and Outdoor Employee engagement.- Orientation Programmes like Conducting orientation programme for the new jonnies where there is interaction between employer and employee with brief intro of the organization policies and frame of the managementprocess.Responsible for employee ID cards, visiting cards and assets allocation.- Coordinating with bank for salary account opening.- Ensure complete compliance with regards to payment of payroll, statutory liabilities including PF, Medical, etc.Claim with the help of Finance team.- Making all arrangements for US clients' visit.
