Led the XFN team for the development and scaling of the Monetization platform for social Digital Commerce for Meta. Scaled three monetization models: One-Time Payments, Subscriptions (Recurring Payments), and Consumables.Scaled this platform to over 10 Million users across 170 countries, with over $100 M in revenue. Launched Instagram and Oculus (Paid Subscriptions), Facebook Paid Online Events (Promotions, Coupons), Paid Videos on Facebook, Facebook Stars, and Instagram Badges.Led the 0-1 development and launch of paid subscriptions on Bulletin, a platform for independent writers.

Lead the digitization for entire Facebook supply chain by building a self-serve B2B data exchange platform FB’s enterprise product, Workplace. This led to savings of >6000 man-hours in operational resources per quarter and cut down cycle time by 86%.Scaled this by > 100X, to Facebook’s entire trading partner base, and over $50B per quarter. This is now the primary B2B data exchange platform for all of Facebook.Built and launched a scalable Reverse Logistics Platform for Facebook Reality Labs (AR/VR). This platform enabled seamless 4Rs (Returns, Refurbishments, Replacements, Repairs) for our entire hardware product line (Portal & Oculus). This processed over 10M returns and repairs.

Define and own the Amazon Retail demand forecasting software product vision and roadmap, and manage its design, development and launch.• Own the scope and launch of demand forecasting systems for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and retail business for new marketplaces- Amazon India, Brazil and Mexico.• Work cross-functionally with business teams (Amazon retail/FBA), software development engineers, data scientists, other product managers, and external partners to drive product execution and smooth product launch.• Define and track metrics to measure success.

Manage and lead the design and implementation of Manhattan SCALE, a WMS for SMEs for a variety of clients across multiple verticals- 3PL, Sports industry, Food and retail, Pharmaceutical, Government Services. Proven track record of managing multiple projects of budgets ~1M across geographies and verticals and leading them to completion, starting from pre-sales through implementation and customer support transition.
