-The team of Belong, a SaaS company is an early stage product startup, helping companies hire great talent using big data and predictive analytics. They currently count over 20 paying customers, including some of India's fastest growing companies, such as Ola, Practo, and Snapdeal. -I was part of the content marketing team and my role involved writing specialized and customized emails; done through extensive online research of the candidates’ social media profiles like Twitter handle, Facebook page and so on. Each email is personalized and I have received appreciation emails from both, the team at Belong and the hiree too, resulting in increased response from the candidates.

My role involved managing a team of 15 Customer Service Associates (CSA) handling ‘Reservations and Ticketing’ for domestic and international travellers. Training and development of new joinees -- bringing them to speed with the new software implemented by Jet Airways; Sabre Qik. Delegation of day-to-day responsibilities for each member of my team working at BIAL as well as the Corporate office.Handling passenger endorsements during cancellation/delay of flights; which meant having to convince the passenger to board another airline, re-route and communicate the same with other carriers.Supporting the Sales team with backend operations and help generate daily reports showcase the revenue generated on each flight.Weekly comparative study of fares across the industry -- both, domestic and international carriers.Provide daily closing sales statements.Preparation of weekly rosters for teams across 3 branches (BIAL and 2 city offices) .I worked in the Ticketing team handling both, domestic and international reservations.
