FEI is a Maryland based health technology company providing comprehensive case management solutions to support services for state and federal agencies. LTSSMD is the flagship care management system serving the State of Maryland and Maryland Department of Health since 2014, supporting a full spectrum of case management activities including intake, eligibility assessments, program enrollment, case management/ and provider services billing. LTSS directly interfaces with MMIS for client and provider information in addition to supporting the full billing workflow for provider services and case management activities.In this role, I oversee the product development cycle through initiation/intake, triage, review project estimates, timelines and proposed milestone deliverables to ensure successful product delivery.Develop vision & management strategy to create program level portfolio and product roadmap.Spearhead cross functional collaboration for sustainable Agile development and delivery model using SAFe.

As Product Manager for the LTSSMD contract with the State of Maryland, I managed and prioritized overall Program Backlog across multiple stakeholder groups; defined product requirements and successful execution of initiatives; led the Product Management team in Feature Readiness, Program Increment planning and execution across Scrum Teams.

The NJDHS is the largest state government agency in New Jersey, serving about 1.5 million people and managing their healthcare needs and medical expenses. Through the Project Management Office at the Office of Information Systems, I worked on projects with various departments including Division of Developmental Disabilities (i-Record Case management System) and Division of Aging Services (Care-Case Management System) to perform gap analysis, gather requirements and draft RFPs to solicit responses from vendors.
