Managed a multi-functional team of 40 QA resources for Next Gen Provisioning Platforms for Core Cable and then for Mobile Back Office Managment. Advised Senior Management on efficiency improvement strategy development for defect management, resource management, performance analysis, customer satisfaction, and process development per business plans. Ensured faster and bug-free quality releases for product development through effective task delegation, war room discussions, consultation with architects, analysts, development and business teams, design reviews, and prioritizing defect fixes.• Led the technical setup for the new Mobile Line of Business for Charter Communications in 2017 and successfully set up a complete end-to-end QA testing and data migration process in record time, resulting in the successful launch of Spectrum Mobile in nine months with zero production issues.• Managed a two-year program for NextGen Provisioning platforms, leading a team of 50+ to ensure quality releases were speedier and bug-free. Within a year, the newly established platform managed 200+ production overnight releases.• Initiated the formation of "super teams" during the Charter, TWC, and BHN merger to understand the various applications across all three organizations comprehensively and established effective QA strategies for customer migration.• Successfully completed the canary customer migration and data integration process.
