Devise and deliver presentations to promote the work of Witness Service to agencies such as police, Witness Care Unit, Judiciary and Magistracy. Manage complaints and grievances made about service delivery, staff, and volunteers to a satisfactory conclusion and action areas of development. Maintain learning and development plan for staff and volunteers.
