As part of the senior management team for London & Surrounds Witness Service region, assist the Regional Manager in leading the development and delivery of the regional business plan to meet the Key Performance Indicators as set by the Ministry of Justice. To develop and maintain effective links with partners agencies, represent Citizens Advice Witness Service in various multi agency platforms such as -Section 28 Working Group, Local Criminal Justice Board Video Enabled Justice Working Group, Local Criminal Justice Board Domestic Abuse Delivery Board Working Group, Domestic Abuse forum/workshop for three of my Local Justice Areas North London cluster, Central London cluster, South West cluster. Devise and deliver presentations to promote the work of Witness Service to agencies such as police, Witness Care Unit, Judiciary and Magistracy. Manage complaints and grievances made about service delivery, staff, and volunteers to a satisfactory conclusion and action areas of development. Maintain learning and development plan for staff and volunteers.
