Currently, I am pursuing my MSc in Applied Psychology at Shasun Jain College for Women, with a keen interest in neuropsychology, clinical psychology, and psychotherapy. My academic journey is driven by a desire to bridge the gap between scientific research and practical applications in mental health care.My exploration of psychology goes beyond traditional approaches; I am particularly fascinated by the therapeutic potential of creative modalities. My podcast serves as a platform to discuss various aspects of psychology, mental health, history and personal growth, aiming to make psychological and historical insights accessible and engaging to a broader audience.Music is another significant part of my life. As a guitarist, I use music not only as a form of personal expression but also as a therapeutic tool.
