I am a Public Health professional with over 12 Years of work experience in Programme Implementation, Monitoring and evaluation.Currently, I am working on the Implementation of Community System Strengthening under NACP for NACO. My responsibilities involve providing support for the coordination and monitoring of the Community system strengthening activities, Capacity building activities under GFATM, as well as coordination with development partners and NACO to ensure strong coordination at all the levelsI have extensive experience in designing and implementing Monitoring & Evaluation for effective outcomes in the development sectors including public health programming. I have worked on Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS with Adolescents and Pregnant women and also worked on Maternal Health issues to promote health-seeking behaviour amidst a range of stakeholders including at-risk communities to change both individual and collective behaviour.Through implementing various projects, I have also gained experience in data handling from a Programme point of view. By being part of the various Projects, I have had the opportunity to work in partnership with organisations at the grass root level, national and international levels to provide support for Programme and M&E implementation through technical assistance and capacity-building training to meet the objective of the project at various levels. During this period, I have worked with the Government of India at the Central and State levels, Indian and international Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), and as a Guest Teacher with a leading University. I have a Post Graduate Degree in Public Health Informatics and a Diploma in ERP/SAP- Business Intelligence Module
