Sharing SR/SO/ASM/TM wise Unique Outlets data at all Region’s WhatsApp groups so the Outlet Matrix Targets could be achieved. Coordinate with the Sales team to support them to achieve their sales goals and to discuss CRM related issues. Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. Arranging Retailer Audit’s reports with the help of team members and sharing at respective state WhatsApp groups to decrease the number of fake and duplicate secondary sales orders of our all sales team members. Responsible to do all the required activities at Bizom Software. Giving the Bizom Software training to the new sales team candidates to make the Sales Force Automation process successful. Analyzing customer behavior and developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback. Responsible to build up the relations with our existing clients and to handle the new leads so it could be aligning to the respective region’s sales team concern for the conversion. Make sure to keep all our Clients in Green zone by taking regular feedback from all our state wise clients for damage or near to expiry stock. (with the help of my team members) Responsible to execute the orders received at Online Platforms- Amazon, Flipkart and Instmojo and to handle the stock returns claims from these Online Platforms and liable to settle it by coordinating with Senior Management and Accounts department. Answer and respond to Customer Care phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive. Any other work assigns by the Managing Director.
