Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, meeting with managers to discuss needs.• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc).• Build applicant sources by researching in media, and internet sites providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.• Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements andco-ordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing candidates.• Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.• Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position and arranging for personal interview on short listing.• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.• Involved in salary negotiations of selected candidates, rolling out the offer and following up with the candidate till he/she accepts the Offer Letter and joins the company.• Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

Responsible for the entire life cycle of the IT Recruitment process, getting references from other sources like Linkedin and other social websites Understanding Client requirements, Client selection process and identify profile of the potential candidates who can fit the requirement. Planning a Search strategy to identify the required profile To search for the relevant resume, with the help of different job portals/resume portals & Other sources like LinkedIn , references and Internal Database Screening, short listing and sourcing the resumes as per the requirement.
