Roles & Responsibilities: Recruitment/ Selection• Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department• Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from concerned department• Posting the job vacancy on Naukri portal and sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.• Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews.• Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates• Doing a background verification of the selected candidate• Maintaining and updating database of the candidates. Induction and On-boarding• Responsible for Complete Joining and Orientation, when a particular candidate is finalized and selected, issuing the offer letter.• Filing relevant documents of the new joinee.• Coordinating with IT team to get his Email ID made.• Conducting Induction training and explaining the new joinees regarding the company policy. Attendance & Leave Management• Maintain attendance on monthly and daily basis.• Keeping track of all the Leaves, Half Leaves, Late comings.Employee Engagement• Maintaining I D Cards of Employee.• Opening Salary Accounts of Employees.• Preparing and sending HR related circulars• Issuing salary slips, when required by employees.• Issuing Offer Letter or Appointment Letters.• Database Management• Maintaining employee files and ensuring all the required documents are available.• Maintaining the updated list of total manpower strength in excel format and in CRM Software. Payroll Management• Preparing Salary for all Employees.• Generating salaries. Exit Management• Full & Final Settlements Of Employees.• Conducting exit interviews and exit formalities• Issuing Experience Letter, Reliving Letter.
