Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition
• Interaction with client from requirements gathering till offer and joining stage• Analyzing and assigning various requirements to team members and ensure the timeline for delivery.• Screen candidates resumes and job applications on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude• Co-ordination with Hiring managers/technical panels - scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates with technical panel and follow up with the candidates to ensure all rounds of interviews happen at the scheduled time. Follow up with technical panels for interview feedbacks.• Evaluating profiles shared by recruiters/vendors i.e., shortlisting CVs based on JD- experience, qualification, skills, salary, joining time.• Negotiating pay and salary and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate• Follow up with the candidates for offer acceptance and joining
