Lead Business Analyst
Current• Lead Business Analyst for Service Management platform using ServiceNow (for handling all customer service and security operations in the Data Centers, especially handling customer requests via Case and Major case modules, Master data management for Assets and Footprints, ITSM modules, Visitor Access Management etc)• Involved in the roll out of different modules of ServiceNow (especially ITSM modules like Incident and Problem Management) in various Data centers across Interxion Europe• Domain lead for Visitor Access Management, Major case management for customer communications, Incident Management and Problem Management• Involved as BA for consolidating the Command center operations in US and Europe (as part of DigitalRealty acquisition)• Enhancements captured and defects found as part of testing are submitted in ServiceNow for the developers to pick up as part of Agile Scrum sprints of 2 weeks• Rolled out Incident and Problem management modules for Service Operations across Europe (11 countries of Interxion), along with policies, procedures and user documentation• Engaged in IT consolidation for both companies (Digital Realty and Interxion) so that internal users are provided with better user experience• Engaged heavily in defining a consolidated standard process as part of company merge (DigitialRealty and Interxion).
