Director Global Sales Operations
Current· Assist in creating INRIX sales organization’s annual planning deliverables and reporting.· Collaborate and build trust with sales team by improving tools and resources that enable and empower the salesforce· Critically evaluate and improve sales processes with a goal to reduce defects and improve productivity.· Manage vendor budget and agreements used by the global sales operations· Assist in the creation a CRM strategy, which best serves the needs of the sales and sales operation teams· Work with the learning and development team to design training efforts for the sales field organization, such as the implementation of new processes and procedures· Own the sales operations roadmap, prioritizing based on the organization’s needs
