Responsibilities Undertook:- Looking after online sales for Esquire's Online Store on some of the country's leading eCommerce platforms. (Daraz, Pickaboo, Robishop, Monarch Mart, Qcoom etc.)- Complying with different eCommerce partners and being the single point of contact for all partner requirements and updates.- Covering activities including Product Listing, Customer Database Handling, Order Processing, Returns Handling, etc. to ensure the smooth functioning of the account.- Handling digital warranty distribution.- Managing & Overviewing campaigns and liaison with partner e-commerce’s brand team for successful campaign run.- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on website stock and images to ensure parity on all online sales channels of Esquire Electronics and integrity with the brand website.- Identifying new onboarding opportunities with prospective eCommerce partners to expand online sales channels.- Monitoring and processing all customer return according to financial and inventory requirements and ensuring compliance with the company's ERP system.- Preparing Daily Sales Reports and Weekly Analytics of sales progress and forecasting.- Communicating with Online Sales partners and payment gateways for payment collection to maintain the proper flow of cash receive against delivered goods.
