•Supervises projects independently as per company’s direction & requirements.•Scheduling work.•Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.•Executes the project within estimated man-hours and material quantities approved in the job card.•Performing own Construction Inspections - In The Field.•Reports to the Project Manager of any change/modification/variation on the site/ job conditions, material issues, site incidents, and competitor’s approaches as and when they occur•Attending site inspections with consultants and providing technical explanations for consultants comments.•Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and estimation of steel quantity.•Raises the material and equipment demand with timeline•Achieves the assigned output targets at the site•Ensures safety standards and procedures are followed properly•Checks quality of work carried out and takes corrective action where required•Maintains ‘Zero’ defects & reworks•Arranges tool-box meeting on daily basis to the personnel at site and maintain its recordsAddresses all quality issues to the Pre Non Conformity Report (NCR) or Non Conformity Report (NCR) with the support of PM, QA/QC•Generates and Maintains daily progress reports, measurement sheets and as-built Drawings, Photos and other documents as required, including signature of main contractor’s authorized representative where applicable•Conducts regular on the job training of subordinates both on site and off site.Invite line managers periodically to improve the site conditions.
