I'm a software developer at IBusiness software its been more than a year by now i am working here but when i joined the story was not the same as i joined as a tarinee at the company. The month i joined just after that month we had global pandemic many people lost there jobs also in my company many guys were terminated also two more people who joined with me lost there job i was also in the list. But i thought i will prove myself to everyone before i go out of this company i worked day and night to create many mini projects to show my manager i created 3 in a week he was impressed and also on the other side i was working on some react project as my senior developer was new to it i took my control on it there were problems occurring in that project then my manager asked me can you do this entire project on your own i said yes and took control of that entire project and buid new project with error removed from previous project so as i was the only who was completely aware of that project i saved my job. And after that i become a developer there also i got employee of the quarter award.
