Also, provides information concerning features, benefits, prices, warranty policy and shipping.• Handles and resolve customer complaints, special orders in store.• Maintain stock, supplies and inventories, Take inventory Order and supplies, Check received stock against invoices, Mark prices on stock and Restock shelves.• Maintain accounts, Record prices in the log book, Receive cash and provide correct change, Operate the cash register, Balance cash receipts, Make deposits, Record visa and debit accounts, Maintain a manual general ledger and Print and record receipts.• Educate and train the team to enhance their effective sales skill.• Daily brief regarding new schemes, products features, benefits, monthly store and departments target, and discuss the plans to achieve the store targets.• Recruits the sales team• Create and maintain effective Visual Merchandising (VM) to look store visuals attractive and increase the football at the store.
