PROJECT1:MWO126-AX482 West side additional remote aircraft stands north of DFC in DIA.CLIENT: DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL AVIATION, GOVERNMENT OF DUBAI.CONSULTANT: DAR AL HANDASAH – BEIRUT. Nature of work: Laying of underground AFL, ELV, LV, MV, EFSO ducts and its manholes. Laying of utility services such as storm water, sewer, irrigation, fuel lines and its manholes. Preparation of compacted earth/subgrade for taxiway, GSE road and apron area. Laying of crushed aggregate sub base course/ base course. Laying of bituminous base course/polymer modified bituminous surface/wearing course. Concrete pavement for the apron. Airfield pavement markings.Job involvements:  Monitor, inspect and check the day to day production in terms of quality, contracts specifications/drawings and project QA/QC plan. Coordinate with consultant/client to get the approval for the work done within the quality requirements.  Attend the weekly/ monthly project meeting to review the update and the issues of Past week/month. Nature of work:  Laying of water proof membranes (EPDM). Construction of raft foundations at five different levels (massive concrete).  Construction of columns, walls and core walls using slip form system. Casting of pre-stressed precast beams, post-tensioning slabs/halven joints and beams.. Construction of basement slabs, apron slabs, arrival slabs, departure level, first class level, business class level, two hotel levels and hotel level roof.  Casting of Shrinkage strips, grade slabs above the drainage layer at each basement levels. Construction of 20 rotundas around the concourse especially for airbus A-380. Expansion of CUC6 tunnel to concourse 3.

Nature of work:  Construction of marine piles. Construction of pile caps, precast beams & deck slabs for 500mts offshore jetty. Fabrication of 14.1m Dias caisson well & its sinking up to a depth of -38.0 meters from MSL. On shore & offshore underground GRP PIPE LINE.Job involvements:  Coordinate the site activities with consulting engineers, inspectors and subcontractors.  Coordinate with local authorities and ensures compliance with local regulations.  Execute the works on site as per the approved drawings/bar bending Schedules. Control and management of project materials, resources and handling of Project co-ordination. Evaluate the quantities done by the sub contractors and calculate the bills etc. Report the daily progress and discuss the issues on site with project engineer.
