Working as Research Design Engineer at AeroSpace Mechanism Group (ASMG), ISRO.❖ Development of Mechanisms for PSLV, GSLV & Test Vehicle Projects.❖ Support the design of 3U, 6U and 12U Unipod systems. ❖ Designing of Fixtures and Jigs for various systems by using Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks & Creo- Parametric Software.❖ Use of Sheet-metal tool for modelling components. ❖ Use of AutoCAD software for preparing drawings. ❖ Doing analysis for various systems by using software Ansys workbench 18.0.❖ Doing tests for flight and ground use components on Universal Testing Machine(UTM), Hardness testing machine, Torsion testing machine, Cordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) & Heat treatment machine and preparing reports for the tests conducted on these machines.❖ Materials and Fasteners management for flight and ground use purposes.❖ End to end support for the fabrication process & testing process of Unipod systems.❖ Support the design of Crew module of Gaganyaan Mission.❖ Support the design of Chaste.❖ Support the development of drilling mechanisms designed for moon.

Graduate Apprentice at Liquid Propulsion System Centre / ISROWorked at System Reliability and Quality Assurance Division (SRQA). ❖ Quality control and assurance activities of propellent tanks, water tanks, flexible hoses, bellows, supports and clamps used in Earth Storable Engines and Stages. ❖ Modeled and drafted different components used in Earth Storable Stages using software such as Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works, Solid Edge and AutoCAD. ❖ Prepared the specifications and drawings of weld defects in aerospace quality welds and generated the report using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. ❖ Prepared quality assurance reports for hardware used in Earth Storable Engines and stages, as a part of hardware clearance and product data management.
