Currently working with the newly established team called 'Creative HUB,' where I collaborate closely with the content team and Project Managers to deliver high-quality creative assets (both Print and Digital) as per the requirements of clients from diverse regions, including the USA, France, Spain, and Korea. My primary focus has been on designing visually compelling and functional landing pages using industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD and Figma.I have also expanded my skill set by learning KNAK, a developer-friendly platform that streamlines the creation of emailers and landing pages, optimizing the design process for easier implementation by development teams. Furthermore, I have been trained in the use of GenAI tools, which I now leverage to accelerate design workflows, enhance creativity, and improve content generation efficiency across projects.In addition to my hands-on design work, I am actively involved in reviewing creative outputs, conceptualizing design strategies, and assigning tasks to team members to ensure alignment with project objectives. I also take a leading role in mentoring and providing training to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and integrate into the team effectively. Furthermore, I handle client communications directly, ensuring that client expectations are fully understood and met, and fostering strong relationships for long-term collaboration.

During my time working with the Communications (Comms) team at Global Tech India, Walmart, I was entrusted with managing a wide range of design projects across both Print and Digital mediums. My primary responsibility was to lead the design efforts for various high-impact campaigns, hackathons, and internal events, ensuring all creative assets were aligned with Walmart’s global brand guidelines. This involved the creation of visually compelling materials such as posters, banners, digital screens, and social media graphics.In addition to these core responsibilities, I collaborated closely with the video team, providing support by creating GIF animations for emailers, enhancing engagement and making communications more dynamic and visually appealing. This required not only design expertise but also a deep understanding of motion graphics to create animations that seamlessly integrated with broader campaigns.By managing the entire end-to-end design process, I worked with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, provide creative solutions, and deliver projects on time, all while maintaining consistency with the organization’s branding. I had the opportunity to work extensively on responsive advertising across a diverse range of platforms, including Desktop, Web, iOS, Android, Fire Tablet, and Fire TV. This role required me to adapt designs to different device specifications and user experiences, ensuring that each ad maintained visual consistency and delivered optimal performance regardless of the platform.For one year, I had the unique experience of handling clients from Japan, during which I immersed myself in Japan’s design philosophy. This exposure not only broadened my understanding of minimalistic and culturally nuanced design principles but also allowed me to directly collaborate with managers and clients from Japan. These interactions enhanced my ability to tailor creative solutions that resonate with specific cultural aesthetics.In addition, I worked closely with global brands such as Hasbro, Lego, Philips, Diageo, Mitsubishi, P&G, Samsung, Unilever, etc. designing landing pages and production unit banners across various regions, including Germany, France, Australia, the UK, the US, Italy, and Spain. I ensured that each brand’s message and visual identity were perfectly localized for their respective markets, while adhering to Amazon’s high standards of quality and performance.Furthermore, I played a key role in onboarding and training contract designers who joined for the critical BFCM (Black Friday and Cyber Monday) and Holiday seasons. My mentorship ensured that they were fully equipped to handle the volume and complexity of projects during these high-demand periods, contributing to the seamless execution of campaigns during peak sales times
