I started my career in GE Capital-SBI cards payments services Ltd in 2015 after completing my post graduation in MBA from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. In my entire career I got 3 promotions and received 5 awards for outstanding performance. I have worked in several departments in this industry for example I have worked as Service representative in Voice process, Nodal officer, Sales, Email etc. I know how to resolve customer complaints within time frame with quality standards with no lead to repeat complaints. I know the customer behaviour patterns to monitor suspected activities in the account in order to avoid any kind of disputes. I believe that I have significant experience in this field which will add value to my candidacy and with this knowledge, quality and experience this profile will lead a high productivity for my role.
