Current- Coordinating with client HR team for requirement gathering, profile submitting, arranging interviews with the shortlisted candidates and placing successful candidates.
- Screening and short-listing of resumes according to a specific technology.
- Coaching and mentoring junior Recruiters
- Shortlisting resumes by evaluating the candidate's technical skills based on the client's requirement.
- Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn also use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Handling all function of recruitment from, sourcing, screening of profiles, interviewing, facilitating technical interviews, participate/co-ordinate with clients and candidates with salary negotiations, follow-ups.
