• Developing and modifying systems requirements documentation, Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to meet client needs.• Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagement• Develops training curriculum, user manual and conducts formal training sessions to provide training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff. .• Assists in creating basic test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design.• Plans, organizes and conducts business process reengineering/improvement projects and/or management reviews in consultation with impacted internal and external stakeholders• Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access. • Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.

Responsibilities:• Analyzing incidents and fixing them within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frame.• Requirement gathering with users and onshore team • Developing ABAP programming objects and configuration including user-exits, Enhancements, reports, interfaces, BAPI, BADI, RFCs, Scripts, Smart Forms, LSMW and dialog programs• Debugging program logic to identify and eliminate errors in ABAP programs• Performance tuning, and performance optimization of SAP objects by modifying/creating new SAP queries• Analyzing the dumps and fixing them / providing workaround • Analyzing the functional Inputs and developed the technical specification documents.• Working in hand with functional teams - SD, MM, FI, MDG, PM &PS - to deliver software solutions• Test the new features and help in deployment according to change and release management procedure• Developed and modified SAP forms for sales order, Invoices and Purchase order.• Provided support during ECC6 EHP6 upgrade
