Many people who know me will know that I am a 'Survivor' fanatic, where I have auditioned for the reality TV show, hoping I can compete one day. Additionally, I have spent the last four years recreating and producing online variants of the show and other reality formats. This interest of mine has led me to become acclimated to a wide variety of people and personalities, where I rely on finding common ground to build connections to recruit them into competing in the online game shows I produce. One aspect of 'Survivor' that I love is how contestants are persistent in their attempts to carve their paths to the end, doing what they can to prevail.This has translated as I branch out into real-world opportunities, where I bring a 'go-getter' attitude to my work and club environments. Whether I am leading college first-years on backpacking trips, checking people in for theatre performances, or singing with my acapella group, I aim to show my dedication and worth regarding each opportunity. I am dependable, flexible, and a learner. When things don’t go my way, I do my best to laugh it off, looking at what can be done differently to do better next time.Another thing I love about ‘Survivor’ is that despite the duplicitous nature of the game, there is mutual care and respect among players, who all connect on personal levels and build lasting friendships far after the game ends.
