I'm a fourth-year student studying BA Hons Business Analysis and Technology & Business Law at the University of Strathclyde. I'm excited to be developing a wide range of skills that will help me succeed in the business world, such as leadership and management, strategic decision-making, process analysis, and improvement, information systems management, risk assessment and management, knowledge and innovation management, competition law, and human rights law.I have five years of retail work experience in addition to my studies. My ability to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales goals, manage cash and operate the till, conduct personal shopping, assist with window presentation, and engage in visual merchandising have all improved as a result of this. My experience working in retail has also helped me to develop strong teamwork, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.Combining my academic studies with my retail experience will make me a well-rounded and valuable asset to any future employer. I'm excited to see where my skills and experience will take me in the future!
