(Check-in, talent escort on and off red carpet + winners, runner, etc.)• Meticulously organize in-person meetings, ensuring seamless on-site preparation, including managing meeting rooms and coordinating meals for teams and executives.• Manage travel arrangements for executive, encompassing flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and rental car arrangements.• Accurately keep track and submit monthly expenses for executive. Also, oversee invoice review and submission for The Recording Academy and its associated entities: MusiCares, GRAMMY Museum, Latin Recording Academy, Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation, GRAMMY Global Ventures. • Acted as EA for Chief DEI Officer until a permanent placement was secured. • Coordinate and attend meetings utilizing Zoom or MS Teams as a virtual platform while ensuring a comprehensive follow-up on previous meeting notes and efficiently addressing action items.• Assisting with the hiring process for interns, temps, and GRAMMY U Reps by routing new hire requests, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, extending temporary offers of employment, and working with outside staffing agencies to fulfill temporary requests. • Providing ad-hoc support to the People & Culture team, aiding with documentation, project coordination, and various administrative tasks.
