With over 22 years of experience in supply chain and distribution logistics, I am currently the Deputy General Manager at Crosswell Logistics, a leading provider of integrated logistics and supply chain services in the UAE. I lead the business operations of a 400,000 SqFt facility that offers value-added services, compliance support, international freight, cross-border trade, market entry, and events and expo participation support services for various industries, with a demonstrated expertise in food and non-food CPG category.My core competencies include managing P&L along with new business development and key account clients, leading cross-functional and multicultural teams, achieving operational KPIs, ensuring customer success through satisfaction, WMS implementations and related change management. Establishing and engaging supplier partnerships, and delivering end-to-end fulfillment and replenishment solutions, including end consumer and patient services and installations are some areas with undivided focus.
