Chief Human Resources Officer
CurrentAs part of the Firm’s Corporate operations support group , this position reports to the President/CEO and will have the following responsibilities:1. Direct and manage the Firm’s Human Resources Department: provideday-to-day management of all aspects of human resources support to the Firm’semployees including employee policies and procedures, recruiting and retention,employee benefits, employee immigration support, and compliance with allFederal, State, and local employment rules and regulations.2. Collaborate with other operations departments: collaborate with theFirm’s other operations support departments including Accounting, IT,Communications, Training, and Safety to ensure that existing and proposedemployee policies and procedures fully consider and integrate the perspective andneeds of the Human Resources Department.3. Chair the Recruiting and Retention Committee: which is intended to support the recruiting and retention needs of the Regional Managers.4. Support the Regional and Office Operations Managers to ensure that their Human Resources needs are met.
