This program paired volunteers with elementary school students who needed a little extra time to practice reading skills. Financial consulting services.

Supervised fiscal services staff of four (4) including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Responsibilities included P&L management, financial trend analysis, budget variance analysis, and audit compliance. Provided management guidance for performance objectives. Effectively communicated at all levels with employees, customers, and corporate leadership.

Hands on management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and inventory for a public startup company. Responsible for generation of financial data and quarterly SEC reporting. Primary resource for auditors, investors, shareholders and SEC attorneys. After company bankruptcy, worked directly with the DOL to terminate the 401k plan and disburse all funds to former employees.

Responsible for all accounting functions including general ledger preparation/review and reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, weekly forecast/cash flow; cash management; coordination of annual audit and supervision of fourteen (14) support staff. Assisted the CFO and cost center managers with the annual forecasting, budgeting, and capital planning process. Presented monthly financial results to the CFO and Board of Directors and was a key member of 2 software implementation projects.
