Dr. Kumar was born and raised in Southern California and enjoys serving the community that she calls home. Dr. Kumar practices a holistic approach to medicine that addresses the underlying cause of a health issue or condition. She focuses on preventative medicine and believes in educating her patients on lifestyle habits. She prides herself on the relationships that she builds with her patients.In her spare time, Dr. Kumar practices and teaches a North Indian classical dance called Kathak. Kathak has been a central part of her life since she started learning the dance from her mother at the age of four. She has followed in her footsteps by teaching and mentoring the next generation of Kathak dancers.
