I am a hard-worker and motivated to succeed. I have had a job since the age of 15. I started working in fast food, which is where I stayed for 3 years. I learned the value of communication, practiced my customer relations skills, and found purpose in simple mathematics. After high school, I began working full-time and going to college for education. Throughout my journey, I worked at a credit union, a bookkeeping company, and in a retail store. I learned quite a bit about finance, the importance of financial literacy, and honed my customer relationship skills. This brings us to today. I began teaching 10 years ago. I started my first year as a substitute teacher. In that year, I learned the power of audience engagement, flexibility is an important key to success, and that the relationship skills I had been building throughout my life were vital. I have spent my time these past several years creating content that will engage an audience. I can turn complex topics into simple concepts that can be easily understood. Google Suite and Microsoft Office have been my go to programs in creating presentations, infographics, and newsletters. I am a life-long learner. I am quick to pick up a new skill, and will work hard to surpass any challenge that I encounter. I am ready to begin my next chapter!
