Defining education for lifelong literacy through being that catalyst; a constant trigger for academic success in your child. Offering an individualized approach, we focus on the needs of the individual student. Our teaching is very specific and targets one need at a time. We couple individualized approaches with differentiated teaching to make sure we meet each and every educational need of the child no matter the learning disability. Setting clear and specific goals, making goals challenging and realistic, making goals dynamic, reviewing regularly, letting students own their progress and keeping parents involved IS OUR MISSION.In order to implement this individualized approach our building pillars are stair steppers to academic success. Our first building pillar is Faith. In order to believe you can be successful you need to have faith. Having faith builds confidence which is our second pillar. Our third Building Pillar is fluency skills. Being able to master skills increases the levels of comprehension. Our fourth Building Pillar is discipline. Being discipline a student can control one’s educational behavior through self-motivation and teaching. Our last building pillar is continuity. Being able to continue the great educational behavior you have learned through this program and on your own is the goal. We build faith, confidence, fluency skills, discipline, and continuity through consistency.
