• Provide research, speak and conduct business with healthcare executives • Produce online presentations and conduct Q & A sessions for prospective clients • Responsible for maintaining accurate client information on all assigned accounts through Salesforce• Run reports through Salesforce and clean up Salesforce data• Develop ways of breaking through potential barriers in order to speak with the right people in order to attract interest of potential prospects • Close business deals and meet sales quotas• Train fellow teammates in sales processes as well as in Salesforce• Call existing clients to promote current campaigns being run by the marketing team• Develop strong relationships with existing clients and expand the relationship• Maintain client satisfaction and retain existing clients when they call in with cancellation requests or issues with their accounts• Work collaboratively with all ComSol team members-Sales support, implementations, support, and marketing • Maintain current knowledge of ComSol products and services as well as the roadmap and marketing campaigns• Provide weekly performance reports for clients

Generate sales or revenue by: • Identifying new business opportunities to gather additional assets and/or increase revenue • Having targeted revenue levels • Utilizing an in-depth knowledge of products and services to identify new opportunities • Maintaining a good understanding of client profiles and that the Advisor’s investment strategy being used to implement client objectives • Managing the execution of transactions on behalf of the Advisor • Ensuring non-solicited trades meet the client risk tolerance Ensure a high level of client service by: • Working with the Advisor to develop and distribute client communication and marketing pieces • Providing recommendations to Advisor for improvement of team business processes Coordination and execution of business development by: • Prospecting and following up on leads
