At Datto, I served as Design Lead on Autotask PSA and Autotask LiveMobile Android & iOS applications. I built and maintained the Autotask LiveMobile design system. I delivered comprehensive UX designs and functional specs as per requirements. I streamlined daily product management functions such as conducting competitive research, determining feature scope, and prioritizing product backlog. Moreover, I operated as Product Owner, leading creation, prioritization, and acceptance of user stories to build new and improved mobile experiences.Key Accomplishments:• Collaborated with Lead Development Manager to implement new hybrid SDLC process specific to goals of product and limited by availability of development resources.• Developed the first comprehensive design system within organization to improve scaling capabilities and ensure consistency within UX for Autotask LiveMobile iOS and Android apps.• Developed an internal program for Autotask PSA Design Team to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation through semi-annual one-day "Design Summit" consisting of talks by Design team members and representatives from various departments.

Over the course of this role, I managed all aspects of business analysis, user experience design, and usability testing of key features for Autotask PSA, a cross-platform SaaS enterprise management solution. I defined feature scope and established new design concepts to support complex and mission-critical business processes. Also, I ensured project success by coordinating with product management, development, QA, and documentation.Key Accomplishments:• Played vital role in large-scale transformation of all aspects of Autotask PSA UI into streamlined and persona-based user experience.• Supported project that added configurable Operational Dashboards feature which was highly adopted (Over 8,018 new dashboards and over 26,421 widgets created within first six weeks of availability).
