The Center for Gender Studies at Koç University (KOÇ-KAM) is a leading institution committed to advancing gender equality through interdisciplinary research, academic initiatives, and policy development. Bringing together scholars from diverse fields, KOÇ-KAM addresses critical issues such as social justice, cultural biases, and gender-based inequalities. I am proud to contribute to these impactful efforts as a work-study student, supporting KOÇ-KAM's mission and projects.

Worked as the Co-Leader of the Social Media Team. Our goal was to facilitate the connection between university students and the events organized by our club. In line with this goal, we prepared promotional posters, Instagram and Linkedin content, presentations, and posters together.

I was a member of the Social Responsibility Team.

Throughout my academic journey, I took on various roles that enriched my experience. I provided support to the library office, where I developed myself in data management and organizational skills. Participating in the school promotion office provided me with opportunities to promote universities to high school students. Later, I supported Suna Kıraç Library in social media, aiming to enhance creativity and increase interactions on Instagram. Working regularly and coordinatedly with the library, I developed myself in time management and creativity. These experiences enabled me to develop versatile skills in communication, teamwork, and project management, reinforcing my commitment to professional growth and meaningful contributions.

My responsibilities included managing a team responsible for social media, actively creating and publishing content, overseeing group operations, and strengthening group dynamics. Throughout this role, I developed strategies to effectively manage social media accounts and enhance engagement with the target audience. Additionally, I facilitated regular communication and task delegation among team members to ensure effective project communication and coordination.

Worked in the communication team on this project. The project is a social responsibility project under the TOG Foundation aiming to support women in prisons in various ways during their stay, with the goal of preventing discrimination against categorized women and believing in the importance of reintegrating women who have been led into crime back into society.

Worked as the Project Communication Team Member. The project, conducted under the TOG Foundation, aimed to support students affected by educational inequality. Through the volunteers, many of whom were university students, we provided assistance in online settings to primary and middle school students. My role involved facilitating communication between parents and educators, monitoring class dynamics through regular checks, identifying students in need of educational support, coordinating suitable educators for the project, and ensuring these students had access to the classes they required.
