My undergraduate degree is in business administration and I have sound experience in business strategy and development focused on negotiations with customers and distributors. During the sale of a local company to a public traded multinational S&P 500 company, I actively participated by interacting with the different stakeholders involved in the transaction. The process included integrating the acquired company and adapting it to the new business systems, emphasizing best practices, and implementing all core business systems. I led a family company’s growth and development through the professionalization stage as it launched the first and most complete e-commerce site in its niche in Chile.
