INPUT/OUTPUT is a local concert aiming to reach international musicians in Beppu, Japan.I live in Beppu, Oita, a quiet city where the majority of the population are seniors. It’s really difficult for students to find any form of entertainment around here. During my first year here, I could always hear the sound of a guitar (that wasn’t mine) in the dorm halls at night, or a saxophone serenading a quiet Saturday afternoon in the school grounds. Yet, I could never find a concert poster. So I thought, “Why not make one?”INPUT/OUTPUT started as an idea to bring musicians in Beppu together, no matter who they listen to, nor where they come from. That idea was realized on April 2017, in a small bar called Copper Ravens. I had managed to gather four bands from Indonesia and Thailand to perform in my first event. Since then, INPUT/OUTPUT has been held four more times with musicians coming from Malaysia, Korea, and Japan, resulting in a profit of more than ¥140,000 which were divided equally to the performers

This channel is used as means to share information about the life of Indonesian students in APU and Japan in general. For that, APUIna TV showcases various programs for those who would like to know more about the life of students in Japan and also for those who seek to continue their study in APU.During my time as the Director of APU INA TV,my responsibilities include; Leading the whole team of cameramen, editors, and talents; Designing the annual production schedule; Overviewing the performance of the team; and dealing with external communications.

Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia di Jepang or PPIJ is an Indonesian Students Association for students who are currently studying in Japan. With our motto, "Belajar Bergerak Bersama" or "Learning to move forwards together", I learned to work in a very formal structure with people who are spread throughout Japan. Our long distance relationship requires a high level of communication and time-managing, in which I felt competent in.During my time as a member of the Creative Media division, I was in charge of designing posters and all media publications of PPIJ. I also worked with other people in the team; brainstorming ideas for events and how to solve problems across divisions.Here are some of my designs:

Indonesian Week is an annual event held by Indonesian students in Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University as part of the Multicultural Week program aiming to promote Indonesian culture to the international community.In 2017, Indonesian Week brought up the theme "Tadaima Indonesia, I'm Back Home" highlighting the joy of being surrounded by friends and families, being comfortable, and the feeling of going 'home'. Throughout the week, the committee prepared various events for each day, including a parade, a night market, an educational seminar, a haunted house tour, and a grand show performance.During Indonesian Week 2017, I was in charge of leading the Grand Show Band, in which I also performed. We showcased Indonesian pop-songs packaged in a 15 minute medley which then closed the Grand Show and the entire week. Other than that, my responsibilities also include arranging the songs for dance performances, designing and managing the Credits scene, supervising the Tuesday band and other musical performances, and other general tasks.
